Present Everything was going dark, even with her eyes fixed on the clouded sky above. The world around her was fading away. All sounds were growing faint, even the voices of those around her sounded far off. “What happened?” “I don't know...” “Someone, call an ambulance!” This voice, male, was the closest one to her. The only voice that she recognized among the others. Something pressed against the side of her chest, just under the left of her ribs. But where she should've felt immense pain, since it was pressing against an open and flowing wound, there was almost nothing. Only a slight sting of pain.
